We are a change management consultancy that supports businesses through their change initiatives and plans. Many businesses don’t have the experience of successful change when they are growing – most responsibility falls to their line managers, who usually have more than enough to do. AMH Consulting Services can provide a structure and plan to help businesses deliver successful change as well as allowing you to get on with the day job!

These can vary greatly, from short bespoke pieces of work such as evaluation and report writing, to full blown implementations of complex process, system or technology change. We will always work with your business at board or individual level to ensure the best fit for you. We pride ourselves in integrating closely with your people at all times during projects, to ensure they are bought into the change, a critical factor for success in any business.

We can only point to satisfied customers; prior to engagement we would always have a consultation with customers to make sure that the scope and deliverables are specific and measurable (SMART). If there is any doubt, we’re happy to work through with customers to better understand their needs and guide them on their requirements. We’d rather be upfront with customers about likely outcomes than draw them into a protracted piece of work.

As a small business change consutancy, we’re looking to deliver successful outcomes rather than looking to create the next piece of consultancy work. We believe that results speak for themselves and rely on this for our repeat business.

We are extremely flexible and can be adaptable to suit your needs. Work can consist of single days, part time or full time activity, according to availability.

We charge a daily rate, which will depend on the nature and the likely length of the assignment. Please contact us for further information. Longer assignments may reduce the daily rate, dependent on circumstances.
