I have over 20 years’ experience in business change. My early career was in operational management, giving me a good grounding in the way operations work, and the way people work. My initial experience was at the RAC which was involved in several major business change initiatives at the time. Since setting up my business in 2008, I have worked with many well-known businesses, in each case successfully delivering secure embedded change. Working as an individual gives me the flexibility to suit customers’ needs.

Vital Difference

Personal experience with a range of businesses gives me the edge in knowing what success looks like. This also gives me a real understanding of successful business change management. Often businesses lack this insight. Their change projects are unsuccessful, perhaps through being overly ambitious, or because through staffing constraints they choose the wrong people to work on the project. I get results by being a communications link between senior management, financial viability and those on the front line. That way the strategy is converted into workable, sensible outcomes.
